Shipping policy

Processing time is normally 1-3 business days.
Some items may be marked as "made-to-order" and take up to 10 days. (Please see item description)

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items may take 2-4 weeks depending on how many items are sold during the drop. 

Our pre-order operation may be different than other companies so please be patient. Typically when it comes to pre-orders, we will open the website for 7 days, at the end of the 7 days we will close the website & tally up everything ordered. We will then make ONLY what was ordered. This process could take 2-3 weeks once the site is closed.

PRIORITY SHIPPING

Selecting “priority shipping” or “expedited shipping“ only means that it speeds up the process to get from us to you. Priority shipping DOES NOT speed up production time. If the item is marked as “pre-order“ or “made to order“ the production time remains the same.
